Empowering you to make changes and
restore balance to your life
Therapeutic Support
Wellbeing is shaped by many layers of our lives -- our thoughts, emotions, relationships, history, and the stories we tell about ourselves. When we work together, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to help you understand what you are experiencing, ease distress, and move towards balance, clarity, and self--compassion.
Different tools resonate with different people at different times, so I tailor the process to your needs, your pace, and your goals. Below you will find a selection of the approaches I use. Each offers a unique way of exploring your inner world, developing insight, and supporting meaningful change.

Narrative Approaches
Narrative approaches explore the stories that shape how you see yourself and your life. In our work together, you are supported to tell your story, make sense of its meaning, and gently re-write the parts that no longer serve you. Through reflection, insight, and shared examples, narrative work fosters clarity and self--compassion.

Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt Therapy is an experiential approach that helps you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours arise in the present moment. Using techniques such as the Empty Chair, Gestalt supports deeper awareness, emotional expression, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you understand the different "parts" within yourself --- the protective parts, the wounded parts, and the deeper inner Self beneath them. By meeting each part with compassion, IFS supports emotional clarity, self--understanding, and a more peaceful internal world.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFTB)
Solution--Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a practical, strengths--based approach that focuses on what is working in your life. By identifying resources, noticing exceptions, and clarifying your preferred future, SFBT helps you creating small, achievable steps towards meaningful and lasting change.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you build psychological flexibility --- the ability to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while choosing actions that align with your values. ACT supports mindful awareness, self--compassion, and meaningful behavioural change.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an extremely powerful, goal-oriented, and practical therapeutic approach to problem solving, self development, and health management. NLP techniques are quick, effective, and do not require you to re-experience past hurts and traumas.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a psychotherapy tool that utilises simple eye movements to help resolve the issues you are experiencing by reducing unwanted feelings. IEMT is effectively used to treat anxiety, anger, emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, phobias, trauma and PTSD.

Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM)
Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) is a gentle, non-traumatising visualisation technique, which has been shown to eliminate Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms in over 90% of returned US military veterans who had experienced combat, sexual, childhood, and other traumas.

Time Line Therapy ™ (TLT)
Time Line Therapy ™ (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic model that enables you to take back control of your life by freeing you from negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Once released, the process empowers you to create new beliefs that will empower you and help you move towards a more fulfilling life.
If you are curious about how these approaches may support you, I am here to explore them with you at a pace that feels right.
